• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

⚖️ Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a legal action.

🔄 Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our site for any user who infringes any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
